Thank You!

Hey guys,

Just saw that this little blog has reached close to 1000 views. I'm really excited you all found time to visit this blog. A lot has been going on in my life. I moved to Australia and now trying to manage two blogs this one and my http://cancookncraft.weebly.com/. I'm dealing with the ins and outs of everyday life and trying to study, maintain a house and myself. It's been one crazy year so far, I'm also getting used to the metric system and everything being backwards. In the coming months I'll post more to this blog my main blog will be the weebly blog because it allows me more structure for my blog. I hope you guys check that one out as well. I'd be happy to hear from some of you. What are your thoughts I see the views but no comments. Thanks again, CC

5 minute Tomato onion salad

5 minute Tomato onion salad This is an easy side for taco night you can make this ahead of time and add jalapenos for a real spicy side. This has 4 ingredients and it takes about 5 minutes to make  Ingredients: 2 large tomatoes  1 tablespoon dry oregano 1 lemon 1 white onion Method... Step 1: Cut tomatoes in half  Step 2: Remove the seeds using a spoon Step 3: chop tomatoes into small squares and place in bowl Step 4: sprinkle with oregano  Step 5: Chop onion into small squares  Step 6: squeeze the juice of one lemon Step 7: mix together Enjoy! Tips: * This can hold up for around 3 days in the refrigerator so don't worry if you made it in advance * If you add jalapenos make sure to remove all the seeds it will be extremely spicy if you don't  * You can make it without oregano but it does add more of a Spanish flavor
