Easy Meatloaf

When I'm in a time crunch I make meatloaf. Like most married women my time seems to fly out of the window between taking care of my own needs and the needs of the household I usually find myself scrambling at the last minute. Thankfully there are delicious easy recipes like the one below. It has been a life saver when looking to make a quick easy and cheap meal. Give it a go and let me know how your meatloaf turns out. 

Cooking temperature: 180C or 350F


Ingredients

-500g of ground (mince) meat
-1 brown onion
-1 egg
-1 cup of breading (bread crumbs)
-1 teaspoon of parsley
-1 tablespoon of milk
-1 teaspoon of salt (if using plain breading)
-ketchup or tomato sauce
-non-stick cooking spray


Directions

Step 1: turn your oven on to preheat at 180C or 350F

Step 2: chop your onion into small squares or as fine as you can get it.

Step 3: in a large bowl mix together salt, breading, parsley

Step 4 add your meat, onion, egg, and milk to the breading mix.

Step 5: with clean hands mix all ingredients until well mixed.

Step 6: lightly grease a baking pan with cooking spray

Step 7: take your meat and shape it into a "loaf" and place on your greased pan. Add ketchup on top. Cook for 40-45 minutes or until well done. Serve hot.

Hey guys, Just saw that this little blog has reached close to 1000 views. I'm really excited you all found time to visit this blog. A lot has been going on in my life. I moved to Australia and now trying to manage two blogs this one and my http://cancookncraft.weebly.com/. I'm dealing with the ins and outs of everyday life and trying to study, maintain a house and myself.
