Easy Meatloaf

When I'm in a time crunch I make meatloaf. Like most married women my time seems to fly out of the window between taking care of my own needs and the needs of the household I usually find myself scrambling at the last minute. Thankfully there are delicious easy recipes like the one below. It has been a life saver when looking to make a quick easy and cheap meal. Give it a go and let me know how your meatloaf turns out.   Cooking temperature: 180C or 350F Ingredients -500g of ground (mince) meat -1 brown onion -1 egg -1 cup of breading (bread crumbs) -1 teaspoon of parsley -1 tablespoon of milk -1 teaspoon of salt (if using plain breading) -ketchup or tomato sauce -non-stick cooking spray Directions Step 1: turn your oven on to preheat at 180C or 350F Step 2: chop your onion into small squares or as fine as you can get it. Hey guys, Just saw that this little blog has reached close to 1000 views. I'm really excited you all found time to visit this blog. A lot has been going on in my life. I moved to Australia and now trying to manage two blogs this one and my http://cancookncraft.weebly.com/. I'm dealing with the ins and outs of everyday life and trying to study, maintain a house and myself. It's been one crazy year so far, I'm also getting used to the metric system and everything being backwards. Chicken Francese  This is a really easy dish and delicious! Who knew? The hardest part was breaking the habit of breading by dipping in egg first. This took about a half hour to make and was very well received. If I would have known how easy this was I would have made this a long time ago. As always I hope you try it out and let me know how it turns out.  Ingredients: 1 lemon -half lemon juiced  -Lemon slices  1/2 cup of white wine 1/4 table spoon salt 4 chicken breasts  1/2 cup of all purpose flour 2 eggs beaten  2 table spoons of butter Method: Step 1 in a bowl squeeze half a lemon add wine, chicken broth stir well and set aside Step 2: in a separate bowl mix flour and salt and set aside Step 3: In another bowl beat eggs and add water mix well  Step 3: add olive oil to pan and heat until hot Step 4: take chicken breast and dip in flour cover completely Step 5: take floured chicken and dip in egg wash  Step : Cook each piece of chicken fo...

Chocolate Coconut cake Ingredients 2 eggs 3/4 cup cocoa powder 2 cups sugar 2 cups of flour 1 cup shredded coconut 1 cup milk 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Method: Step 1: Heat the oven 350 degrees Step 2: Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder thoroughly Step 3: add milk, vanilla extract and mix well Step 4: beat in eggs to mixture Step 5: stir in shredded coconut Step 6: Grease and fill 2 (9"inch) pans Step 7: Bake at 350 for 15 minutes check with a stick and make sure it comes out clean if not bake for 5 minutes more Tips *Before baking make sure you have all your ingredients are arms length *Grease your pans early if possible *You can use coconut powder instead of shredded coconut *Vanilla frosting works well with this cake *You can make this into cupcakes by lining a tin and baking them the same the cooking time will be shorter because you want moist cupcakes

This would make for a great appetizer for an Italian themed dinner. This is also a tricky way to eat more tomatoes which are really packed with nutrition. Ingredients: 4 Tomatoes   Crackers  Shredded cheese  Tomato sauce (any kind) Method: Step 1: Cut your tomatoes two inches from the top Step 2: Clean out all seeds with a spoon and rinse with water Step 3: Crush crackers in a ziplock bag you can use your hands or a rolling pin both work Step 4: add crushed crackers to hallowed out tomatoes  Step 5: Top with tomato sauce and finally add the shredded cheese Step 6: with the tops off bake for 5 minut...

Easy German Sausage

                Easy German Sausage  This is really Easy!!! All you need is three ingredients and about 30 minutes and your main dish is done people will think you spent hours on it and who are we to lead them astray? Usually I don't like to post recipes that are this easy but I guess sharing is caring.
