This is really easy to put together and is a great way to use up tomatoes left over from another recipe make 1 or 10. This would make for a great appetizer for an Italian themed dinner. This is also a tricky way to eat more tomatoes which are really packed with nutrition.

Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes
Crackers
Shredded cheese
Tomato sauce (any kind)

Method:
Step 1: Cut your tomatoes two inches from the top
Step 2: Clean out all seeds with a spoon and rinse with water
Step 3: Crush crackers in a ziplock bag you can use your hands or a rolling pin both work
Step 4: add crushed crackers to hallowed out tomatoes
Step 5: Top with tomato sauce and finally add the shredded cheese
Step 6: with the tops off bake for 5 minutes at 350 (bake the tops too)
Step 7: re-add tops and bake for another 5 minutes

Done!

Tips
*If you bake at a higher temperature it'll cook faster but that may also mean you may lose shape and texture
*You want them to be warm but not soggy
*If you add a bit of ham in it will send this over the edge or meat in general
*If you don't have crackers you can make some stuffing and fill with that instead just skip the pasta sauce if you do so. Stuffing + Pasta sauce = Gross

Apple Punch Here is one of my favorite combinations apple and tequila it may sound strange but trust me its delicious. Here's how to make it... Ingredients 10 oz of tequila (dark) 1 bottle of apple juice around 1 liter 1 16 oz bottle of soda water or ginger ale  1 apple  Method Step 1: core and peel the apple and chop into small pieces put in punch bowl Step 2: pour apple juice, tequila and top with soda water Step 3: mix with a large spoon Enjoy!  Tips *If you are not a fan of tequila, vodka can be used instead but use a little less because vodka has a stronger taste  *You can add a few spoons of brown sugar to it if it's too strong or add more apple juice  *You can garnish with apple slices on each glass
