Mango Banana crumble

Okays summer time here and bananas tend to overripe too quickly. I made this to make good use out of the 8 smaller bananas that started to look like they were on their last leg.

For filling:
8 small bananas or 4 large bananas
1/2 cup of sugar white
1/2 cup of orange juice
1-2 cups chopped mangoes frozen or fresh

For topping:
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt

Method for filling:
Cooking time: 5-10 minutes on low heat
Step 1 Chop bananas
Step 2 add bananas and mangoes, sugar and orange juice into a sauce pan
Step 3 cook on low heat until mixture begins to boil
Step 4 place in baking dishes allow to cool

Method for topping:

Step 1 put flour, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl and stir with a fork
Step 2 add butter and stir with fork until it resembles crumbles
Step 3 Once fruit is cooled sprinkle on-top of fruit.
Step 4 Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until crust is slightly golden.

Enjoy!

Should look something like this ..Enjoy!

Apple Punch

Apple Punch Here is one of my favorite combinations apple and tequila it may sound strange but trust me its delicious. Here's how to make it... Ingredients 10 oz of tequila (dark) 1 bottle of apple juice around 1 liter 1 16 oz bottle of soda water or ginger ale  1 apple  Method Step 1: core and peel the apple and chop into small pieces put in punch bowl Step 2: pour apple juice, tequila and top with soda water Step 3: mix with a large spoon Enjoy!  Tips *If you are not a fan of tequila, vodka can be used instead but use a little less because vodka has a stronger taste  *You can add a few spoons of brown sugar to it if it's too strong or add more apple juice  *You can garnish with apple slices on each glass

Stuffed Roasted Bell Peppers Ingredients: bell peppers, shredded cheese, crackers. Materials: Knife, baking dish/pan, plastic bag, spoon Step 1: Cut tops off of bell peppers about a half inch to an inch down and set aside. Step 2: Use spoon to scoop out seeds of peppers. Step 3: Place crackers in bag and smash away. Step 4: Put crumbs or crackers in hallowed out peppers. Step 5: Top with shredded cheese. Step 6: Place on baking pan or dish with tops off bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Step 7: Place tops back on and bake for another 5 minutes. Prep time: 5 minutes  Cooking time: 10 minutes Note: You can also use bread crumbs in place of crackers and skip the smashing step. The reason you bake first with no top on is to get the cheese nice and melted and you replace it so that the tops get a nice roasted look. You can also use your toaster oven so that you don't have to waste electricity and make the house hot esp...
